Here in the low country …many farmers are putting in seedlings for a second crop which means tomatoes are still ripening – in September! I love them in caprese salad with mozzarella and basil, sandwiched between sourdough with mayo and onion …and pictured here with Vidalia onion, cucumber and leftover…
